2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Other Cities (Pakistan): 2 to 5 working days via our trusted courier partners.
  • Order Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

Because we deal in sensitive electronics and smart gadgets, we maintain a strict but fair return policy:

  • 7-Day Check Warranty: If an item is technically faulty or dead on arrival (DOA), you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all seals, protective films, and stickers intact.
  • Complete with all included accessories, manuals, and cables.

Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of physical damage, liquid damage, or software tampering by the user.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Refund Method: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account after the item reaches us.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item sent was incorrect or damaged.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once the order is handed over to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled and must be treated as a return.
